1. Overview

This policy is in compliance with the Norwegian Act on the Right of Withdrawal (Angrerettloven) and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Norwegian law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the product.

You may use any clear written statement, including email, to communicate your withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
- The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
- You must include your order confirmation or order number with the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective.
4. Return Shipping
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless:
- The product you received is defective or damaged.
- The product delivered does not match what you ordered.
- We have agreed to bear the return shipping cost.
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If the return meets all conditions outlined in this policy:
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- The refund will include the full product price and the original standard delivery cost (if applicable).
- If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to request a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Under Norwegian consumer protection law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to claim for defects within a reasonable time after discovering the defect and within 2 years of receiving the product (5 years for products intended to last significantly longer).

7. Incorrect Orders

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or payment method statement again.

9. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product following the process described above and place a new order.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or where the hygiene seal has been broken (unless defective).
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- Products that have been damaged by the customer.
11. Your Statutory Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Norwegian consumer protection law, including the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act (Kjøpsloven), the Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), and the Act on the Right of Withdrawal (Angrerettloven).
